Μύθος ή Αλήθεια; Χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο το 10% του εγκεφάλου μας;

 

Το έχεις ξανακούσει σίγουρα: «Ξέρεις ότι χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο το 10% του εγκεφάλου μας;» Και τότε αρχίζει να σου τριβελίζει το μυαλό το ερώτημα: «Κι αν μπορούσα να ξεκλειδώσω το υπόλοιπο 90%; Τι θα γινόμουν; Σούπερ ήρωας; Μαθηματική διάνοια; Κάτι ανάμεσα σε Άινσταϊν και X-Men;»   

     Λοιπόν, κράτα καφέ και δες το βίντεο που ακολουθεί γιατί ο μύθος αυτός… είναι απλά αυτό: μύθος.

Η αλήθεια είναι απλή και πολύ πιο εντυπωσιακή από τον μύθο: χρησιμοποιούμε σχεδόν όλο τον εγκέφαλό μας, απλώς όχι όλα ταυτόχρονα.

Οι νευροεπιστήμονες έχουν δείξει, μέσω απεικονιστικών τεχνικών (MRI, PET), ότι ακόμα και στις πιο απλές δραστηριότητες ενεργοποιούνται πολλά μέρη του εγκεφάλου.
